Celebrating womanhood by uniting women from diverse backgrounds, race and sexuality to raise the spirit and inspire the soul through music and song.

The Decibelles Female Pop Choir Inc. is a Melbourne based female pop choir founded in October 2012. The choir is approximately 20 strong and divided into Sopranos, Mezzos, High Altos, Low Altos.

The Decibelles sing Pop music ranging from the 60s to now with a focus on more contemporary pop.

Ursula Paez studied under Stephen Grant and Anna Connolly at the Victorian College of the Arts at the University of Melbourne, and was awarded a Bachelor in Music Performance (mezzo-soprano) in 2009.

Pop Choir Night with The Decibelles – an evening of pop music and sing-alongs including a live pianist to fulfil all your open mic dreams from 7:30! Then over to The Decibelles at 8:30 PM to show us how it’s done.

UnforgettaBelle…an uplifting tribute to singers and songwriters past, whose legacy lives on in the music left behind. The Decibelles presented a show paying homage to the trailblazers of rock and pop – those who lived to see fame and fortune and those who left too soon.
